Financial Expertise. Authentic Leadership.

Dana Raymond is a CPA, MBA, and CFO of YWCA Columbus, one of Central Ohio's most impactful mission-driven organizations. As the Founder of D2C Accounting Solutions, she provides CFO Advisory services to women-led businesses navigating growth, sustainability, and financial clarity. She also serves as an adjunct accounting instructor. With a career built at the intersection of financial expertise and people-centered leadership, Dana speaks to women leaders, executives, and emerging leaders across corporate, nonprofit, and entrepreneurial spaces, equipping them to move from financial avoidance to financial confidence, from doing the work to owning the outcome, and from compartmentalizing who they are to embracing their whole selves as their most powerful leadership asset. Her message is clear: where financial expertise meets authentic leadership, women don't just survive in the room — they lead it.
